When Sharon heard the sad reality that the NYC animal shelters were overcrowded and had to put a mother, Lilly, and her 7 kittens on the Euthanasia list, we had to take a positive action – we took Lilly in and she fully nursed her babies. All 7 kittens and Lilly are now available for adoption. They are healthy, sweet and playful. The kittens are about 9 weeks old and are either grey striped tabbies or black (angora-like) tabbies. Lilly is about 2 years old and is a silky black cat, with sexy green eyes and a little white diamond collar on her neck. She is completely calm and is good around dogs, cats and children.

To learn more about Lilly and her kittens, please call Tammy Cross at “Kitten Little Rescue” at 212 875 8405. We truly believe in companionship and would like our kitties to have company with another cat or dog. We are happy to discuss the advantages to your home and your pets about our philosophy.

We named him Little Jake because my son’s name is Jake. Little Jake is incredibly special because he was the tiny one of the litter… he needed special attention from his mother, Lilly, yet quickly blossomed into a strong, wonderful, playful prankster… he prances around the room like a little prince.

When we first saw Sassy, we thought she was a boy and named her Sasquach.. you will notice that she has 7 claws on her front paws – since she’s a girl, we thought “sassy” was more appropriate. Sassy is a blast to play ball with!!

While all the kittens are extremely friendly, Nicky is the most interested in sitting in your lap or on your shoulder – she truly loves people and connecting with you. Nicky is also very ‘interesting’ looking – she has a little “pom pom” tail and an extra toe on her front claws. She is truly a delight.

We named this kitten ZZ top to turn a tragedy into a positive, happy name. While abandoned, the kittens must have experienced hardship and some tails were harmed. ZZ has a tail in the shape of a Z. He is completely friendly and playful – with angora like soft fur.

We named him Little Leo because we have a big beautiful grey tabby already at home, named Leo – this kitten reminds us of Leo because of his warm personality and his incredible agility. Little Leo has a long tail and strong legs – he was the first to “break out” of the bathroom while nursing. He is incredibly strong and amusing to play with.

When we first brought the tiny kitten home, we thought Charlie was a boy because she was one of the largest kittens,– however, quickly learned that she is a girl, yet the name still fit her – she has an adorable black button nose. Of all the kittens, she is the most calm and a bit shy. She is a grey striped tabby, yet has the Angora-like soft fur like the black kittens. Charlie is incredibly special and sweet.

The picture can’t do “justice” to Sexy – you can imagine why we named her this – she has sexy green eyes, Angola-like silky-black fur and an adorable, playful personality. She can truly be your next “princess”.
