In Lev Grossman’s Time magazine article, Stevie’s Little Wonder, he talks about how Steve Jobs challenged his team at Apple to make the iPod better. It only takes one look at the new Nano for you to realize that they have succeeded. The Nano is very small and very functional. The screen is exceedingly sharp and provides features that until a few months ago were only available in the iPod Photo. “We use every fraction of a millimeter of space to get things in there,” says Apple senior vice president Phil Schiller. “It’s like a puzzle to fit all that stuff together. It has the tightest tolerances of anything we’ve ever made in the history of this company.”
All signs are pointing to another home run for Apple. My only challenge is to figure out what I’m going to do with the 3 iPods I already own!

If you are a Mac OS X user like me you often get questions from your friends and colleagues asking, “What’s so great about OS X and Apple Macintosh?” Is there really a difference? Well boys and girls. There is. And to prove it, Dan Pauliot maintains XvsXP.com. His website is takes you through a side by side comparison of all the key differences. I strongly suggest you check it out.
And no, I am not one of those people who are secretly planning the downfall of Microsoft and Windows XP. I consider myself proficient on both platforms and at the end of the day I simply enjoy working on my Mac to do computer related tasks, than I do my PC. Now that Apple has decided to migrate to the Intel platform and Macs will have even better performance .. I’m even happier.
