I am happy to report after 2 upgrades and endless communications with Google, Siodmak.com is now Malware free.

Some “SOB” managed to figure out a way to attach some malicious code to my website. What amazes me is that they didn’t modify the WordPress PHP source code or simply embed a string into a blog post comment. They were actually able attach the code to a post directly. After a lot of research I discovered that this was a security hole in WordPress (Note to Self: Stay current with upgrades).

My site no longer appears in a Google search as a “bad place to go.”
