On vacation
A colleague asked me where I was going on vacation as I packed my back this past Friday. I eyed him suspiciously as he took out a pad to take notes. I told him, “You will find me where the Seagulls soar high above your head. Where a man can still make a living along the shore if he works hard and has a sharp eye. Where people are warm and friendly but the water is ice cold. Where Lobsters are served on china or paper plates. Where the sandy beach is soft and inviting.” That, I said, “is where you will find me.”
And no .. I didn’t give him the number of the Inn.
